Terms of Use • CrewPay

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the CrewPay iPad application (“App”) provided by The 5/20 Club LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using CrewPay, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscriptions & Billing

CrewPay may require a subscription to access full functionality.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
Refunds are handled by Apple.

2. Use of the App

CrewPay is provided for personal financial planning and informational purposes only.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any data you enter.
Do not misuse the App, including reverse-engineering, reselling, or unlawful use.

3. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

CrewPay and all related content are owned by The 5/20 Club LLC. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the App without written permission.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App provides estimates and projections for informational purposes only and may not be accurate for your specific circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and liability related to your use of the App.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
